How to Send WooCommerce Orders to Breeze ChMS

Breeze ChMS is a church management platform. Here is how to pipe WooCommerce order data straight into Breeze ChMS using Advanced Form Integration. The setup takes about five minutes and runs entirely on your own server.

What you will need

• A WordPress site with WooCommerce installed and configured.

Connect Breeze ChMS to AFI

1. Log in to your Breeze ChMS account.
2. Go to Settings → API and copy your API Key.
3. In WordPress, go to AFI → Settings → Breeze ChMS.
4. Paste the API Key and click Save Changes.

Setting up the integration

1. Create a new integration

Go to AFI → Add New. Name it WooCommerce to Breeze ChMS.

2. Pick your trigger

Select WooCommerce as the form provider. AFI fires when an order status changes, giving you access to customer details, billing and shipping addresses, line items, totals, and payment method.

3. Select Breeze ChMS as the destination

Choose Breeze ChMS from the platform dropdown and pick Add Person. This creates a person in Breeze ChMS.

4. Map fields

Match each Breeze ChMS field on the left to the corresponding WooCommerce order field on the right. Common mappings include customer name, email, phone, billing address, order total, and product details. You can also use smart tags like {{_submission_date}}.

5. Add conditions if needed

Only want to send certain orders? Set up a conditional rule. For example, only sync orders above a specific total, or only completed orders.

6. Save and test

Click Save Integration. Place a test order in your WooCommerce store. Check Breeze ChMS to confirm the data arrived. If anything looks wrong, open AFI → Log to see the exact request and response.
