Adobe Connect is a webinar platform for hosting online events and sessions. Getting WooCommerce order data into Adobe Connect does not require external tools. Advanced Form Integration handles it natively, and this guide covers every step.

The direct approach

AFI delivers order data straight from WordPress to Adobe Connect. No third-party cloud, no per-task fees, and every request is logged for troubleshooting.

What you will need

  • A WordPress site with WooCommerce installed and configured.
  • A Adobe Connect account.
  • The Advanced Form Integration plugin (free from WordPress.org).

Connect Adobe Connect to AFI

Adobe Connect uses OAuth 2.0 for authentication. In AFI → Settings → Adobe Connect, click Authorize and grant access. This is a one-time step.

Setting up the integration

1. Create a new integration

Go to AFI → Add New. Name it WooCommerce to Adobe Connect.

2. Pick your trigger

Select WooCommerce as the form provider. AFI fires when an order status changes, giving you access to customer details, billing and shipping addresses, line items, totals, and payment method.

3. Select Adobe Connect as the destination

Choose Adobe Connect from the platform dropdown and pick Register for Meeting. This registers a contact for an Adobe Connect meeting.

4. Map fields

Match each Adobe Connect field on the left to the corresponding WooCommerce order field on the right. Common mappings include customer name, email, phone, billing address, order total, and product details. You can also use smart tags like {{_submission_date}}.

5. Add conditions if needed

Only want to send certain orders? Set up a conditional rule. For example, only sync orders above a specific total, or only completed orders.

6. Save and test

Click Save Integration. Place a test order in your WooCommerce store. Check Adobe Connect to confirm the data arrived. If anything looks wrong, open AFI → Log to see the exact request and response.

Free vs Pro

The free version maps email, first name, and last name to Adobe Connect with unlimited orders. Pro adds custom field mapping. No per-order fees on any plan.

Frequently asked questions

Which WooCommerce events trigger the integration?

AFI fires when an order status changes (for example, pending to processing, or processing to completed). This covers new orders, successful payments, refunds, and cancellations.

Will adding this slow down my checkout?

No. AFI sends data to the destination after the order is processed. Your customers complete checkout normally without any delay.

Can I send orders to multiple platforms?

Yes. Create a separate integration for each destination, and every order flows to all of them simultaneously.
