How to Send WooCommerce Orders to Acelle Mail
Acelle Mail is a email marketing platform for managing subscribers and campaigns. Getting WooCommerce order data into Acelle Mail does not require external tools. Advanced Form Integration handles it natively, and this guide covers every step.
Skip the automation middleman
Rather than routing order data through a third-party cloud, AFI sends it directly from your WordPress server to Acelle Mail. No task meter, no monthly bill.
What you will need
- A WordPress site with WooCommerce installed and configured.
- A Acelle Mail account.
- The Advanced Form Integration plugin (free from WordPress.org).
Connect Acelle Mail to AFI
- Log in to your Acelle Mail dashboard.
- Go to Settings → API and copy your API Token.
- In WordPress, go to AFI → Settings → Acelle Mail.
- Enter your API URL and Token, then click Save.
Setting up the integration
1. Create a new integration
Go to AFI → Add New. Name it WooCommerce to Acelle Mail.
2. Pick your trigger
Select WooCommerce as the form provider. AFI fires when an order status changes, giving you access to customer details, billing and shipping addresses, line items, totals, and payment method.
3. Select Acelle Mail as the destination
Choose Acelle Mail from the platform dropdown and pick Add Subscriber. This adds a subscriber to an Acelle Mail list.
4. Map fields
Match each Acelle Mail field on the left to the corresponding WooCommerce order field on the right. Common mappings include customer name, email, phone, billing address, order total, and product details. You can also use smart tags like {{_submission_date}}.
5. Add conditions if needed
Only want to send certain orders? Set up a conditional rule. For example, only sync orders above a specific total, or only completed orders.
6. Save and test
Click Save Integration. Place a test order in your WooCommerce store. Check Acelle Mail to confirm the data arrived. If anything looks wrong, open AFI → Log to see the exact request and response.
Free vs Pro
The free version maps email and name to Acelle Mail with unlimited orders. Pro adds custom field mapping. No per-order fees on any plan.
Frequently asked questions
Which WooCommerce events trigger the integration?
AFI fires when an order status changes (for example, pending to processing, or processing to completed). This covers new orders, successful payments, refunds, and cancellations.
Will adding this slow down my checkout?
No. AFI sends data to the destination after the order is processed. Your customers complete checkout normally without any delay.
Can I send orders to multiple platforms?
Yes. Create a separate integration for each destination, and every order flows to all of them simultaneously.
