How to Send Fluent Forms Submissions to Zoho Meeting

Zoho Meeting is a webinar platform for hosting online events and sessions. Fluent Forms is one of the fastest-growing form plugins for WordPress. Zoho Meeting is where that data needs to go. Here is how to connect them without Zapier or code.

Why connect directly?

What you will need

• A WordPress site with Fluent Forms installed and at least one form.
• A Zoho Meeting account.
• The Advanced Form Integration plugin (free from WordPress.org).

Connect Zoho Meeting to AFI

Zoho Meeting uses OAuth 2.0 for authentication. In AFI → Settings → Zoho Meeting, click Authorize and grant access. This is a one-time step.

Setting up the integration

1. Create a new integration

Go to AFI → Add New. Name it Fluent Forms to Zoho Meeting.

2. Pick your trigger

Select Fluent Forms as the form provider and choose the form you want to connect. AFI detects the fields automatically.

3. Select Zoho Meeting as the destination

Choose Zoho Meeting from the platform dropdown and pick Register for Webinar. This registers a contact for a Zoho Meeting webinar.

4. Map fields

Match each Zoho Meeting field on the left to the corresponding Fluent Forms field on the right. You can also use smart tags like {{_submission_date}} and {{utm_source}}.

5. Add conditions if needed

Only want to send certain submissions? Set up a conditional rule based on any form field value.

6. Save and test

Click Save Integration. Fill out your Fluent form and submit. Check Zoho Meeting to confirm the data arrived. If anything looks wrong, open AFI → Log to see the exact request and response.
