How to Send Fluent Forms Submissions to Omnisend

Omnisend is a platform platform. Here is how to pipe Fluent Forms submissions straight into Omnisend using Advanced Form Integration. The setup takes about five minutes and runs entirely on your own server.

What you will need

• A WordPress site with Fluent Forms installed and at least one form.
• A Omnisend account.

Connect Omnisend to AFI

Omnisend uses OAuth 2.0 for authentication. In AFI → Settings → Omnisend, click Authorize and grant access. This is a one-time step.

Setting up the integration

1. Create a new integration

Go to AFI → Add New. Name it Fluent Forms to Omnisend.

2. Pick your trigger

Select Fluent Forms as the form provider and choose the form you want to connect. AFI detects the fields automatically.

3. Select Omnisend as the destination

Choose Omnisend from the platform dropdown and pick Add Record. This creates a record in Omnisend.

4. Map fields

Match each Omnisend field on the left to the corresponding Fluent Forms field on the right. You can also use smart tags like {{_submission_date}} and {{utm_source}}.

5. Add conditions if needed

Only want to send certain submissions? Set up a conditional rule based on any form field value.

6. Save and test

Click Save Integration. Fill out your Fluent form and submit. Check Omnisend to confirm the data arrived. If anything looks wrong, open AFI → Log to see the exact request and response.
