How to Send Fluent Forms Submissions to IXACT Contact
IXACT Contact is a real estate CRM that helps you manage contacts and track interactions. Fluent Forms lets you build forms with conditional logic and multi-step layouts, but sending data to external platforms needs an integration. AFI bridges that gap to IXACT Contact.
Why not just use Zapier?
For connecting Fluent Forms to real estate CRM, a cloud automation service adds cost and a dependency on an external server. AFI runs on your site with no task limits.
What you will need
- A WordPress site with Fluent Forms installed and at least one form.
- A IXACT Contact account.
- The Advanced Form Integration plugin (free from WordPress.org).
Connect IXACT Contact to AFI
IXACT Contact uses OAuth 2.0 for authentication. In AFI → Settings → IXACT Contact, click Authorize and grant access. This is a one-time step.
Setting up the integration
1. Create a new integration
Go to AFI → Add New. Name it Fluent Forms to IXACT Contact.
2. Pick your trigger
Select Fluent Forms as the form provider and choose the form you want to connect. AFI detects the fields automatically.
3. Select IXACT Contact as the destination
Choose IXACT Contact from the platform dropdown and pick Add Contact. This creates a contact in IXACT Contact.
4. Map fields
Match each IXACT Contact field on the left to the corresponding Fluent Forms field on the right. You can also use smart tags like {{_submission_date}} and {{utm_source}}.
5. Add conditions if needed
Only want to send certain submissions? Set up a conditional rule based on any form field value.
6. Save and test
Click Save Integration. Fill out your Fluent form and submit. Check IXACT Contact to confirm the data arrived. If anything looks wrong, open AFI → Log to see the exact request and response.
Free vs Pro
The free version maps name, email, and phone to IXACT Contact with unlimited submissions. Pro adds custom field mapping. No per-submission fees on any plan.
