How to Send Fluent Forms Submissions to Brokermint

Brokermint is a CRM that helps you manage contacts and track interactions. Fluent Forms lets you build forms with conditional logic and multi-step layouts, but sending data to external platforms needs an integration. AFI bridges that gap to Brokermint.

What you will need

• A WordPress site with Fluent Forms installed and at least one form.
• A Brokermint account.

Connect Brokermint to AFI

1. Log in to your Brokermint account.
2. Go to Settings → API and copy your API Key.
3. In WordPress, go to AFI → Settings → Brokermint.
4. Paste the API Key and click Save Changes.

Setting up the integration

1. Create a new integration

Go to AFI → Add New. Name it Fluent Forms to Brokermint.

2. Pick your trigger

Select Fluent Forms as the form provider and choose the form you want to connect. AFI detects the fields automatically.

3. Select Brokermint as the destination

Choose Brokermint from the platform dropdown and pick Create Transaction. This creates a transaction in Brokermint.

4. Map fields

Match each Brokermint field on the left to the corresponding Fluent Forms field on the right. You can also use smart tags like {{_submission_date}} and {{utm_source}}.

5. Add conditions if needed

Only want to send certain submissions? Set up a conditional rule based on any form field value.

6. Save and test

Click Save Integration. Fill out your Fluent form and submit. Check Brokermint to confirm the data arrived. If anything looks wrong, open AFI → Log to see the exact request and response.
