How to Send Fluent Forms Submissions to Awesome Support

Awesome Support is a helpdesk platform. Getting Fluent Forms data into Awesome Support does not require external tools. Advanced Form Integration handles it natively, and this guide covers every step.

What you will need

• A WordPress site with Fluent Forms installed and at least one form.

Connect Awesome Support to AFI

Awesome Support uses OAuth 2.0 for authentication. In AFI → Settings → Awesome Support, click Authorize and grant access. This is a one-time step.

Setting up the integration

1. Create a new integration

Go to AFI → Add New. Name it Fluent Forms to Awesome Support.

2. Pick your trigger

Select Fluent Forms as the form provider and choose the form you want to connect. AFI detects the fields automatically.

3. Select Awesome Support as the destination

Choose Awesome Support from the platform dropdown and pick Create Ticket. This creates a support ticket in Awesome Support.

4. Map fields

Match each Awesome Support field on the left to the corresponding Fluent Forms field on the right. You can also use smart tags like {{_submission_date}} and {{utm_source}}.

5. Add conditions if needed

Only want to send certain submissions? Set up a conditional rule based on any form field value.

6. Save and test

Click Save Integration. Fill out your Fluent form and submit. Check Awesome Support to confirm the data arrived. If anything looks wrong, open AFI → Log to see the exact request and response.
