How to Send FormCraft Submissions to Zoom Webinar
Zoom Webinar is a webinar platform for hosting online events and sessions. If you want FormCraft submissions in Zoom Webinar, you could pay for a cloud automation service. Or you could do it directly from WordPress. This is the direct route.
Why not just use Zapier?
For connecting FormCraft to webinar platform, a cloud automation service adds cost and a dependency on an external server. AFI runs on your site with no task limits.
What you will need
- A WordPress site with FormCraft installed and at least one form.
- A Zoom Webinar account.
- The Advanced Form Integration plugin (free from WordPress.org).

4. Map fields
Match each Zoom Webinar field on the left to the corresponding FormCraft field on the right. You can also use smart tags like {{_submission_date}} and {{utm_source}}.
5. Add conditions if needed
Only want to send certain submissions? Set up a conditional rule based on any form field value.
6. Save and test
Click Save Integration. Fill out your FormCraft form and submit. Check Zoom Webinar to confirm the data arrived. If anything looks wrong, open AFI → Log to see the exact request and response.
Free vs Pro
