How to Send FormCraft Submissions to WebinarJam

WebinarJam is a webinar platform for hosting online events and sessions. Every FormCraft submission should flow into WebinarJam without manual effort. This guide shows how to set that up in five minutes.

The direct approach

AFI delivers form data straight from WordPress to WebinarJam. No third-party cloud, no per-task fees, and every request is logged for troubleshooting.

What you will need

• A WordPress site with FormCraft installed and at least one form.
• A WebinarJam account.
• The Advanced Form Integration plugin (free from WordPress.org).

Connect WebinarJam to AFI

WebinarJam uses OAuth 2.0 for authentication. In AFI → Settings → WebinarJam, click Authorize and grant access. This is a one-time step.

Setting up the integration

1. Create a new integration

Go to AFI → Add New. Name it FormCraft to WebinarJam.

2. Pick your trigger

Select FormCraft as the form provider and choose the form you want to connect. AFI detects the fields automatically.

3. Select WebinarJam as the destination

Choose WebinarJam from the platform dropdown and pick Register for Webinar. This registers a contact for a WebinarJam session.

4. Map fields

Match each WebinarJam field on the left to the corresponding FormCraft field on the right. You can also use smart tags like {{_submission_date}} and {{utm_source}}.

5. Add conditions if needed

Only want to send certain submissions? Set up a conditional rule based on any form field value.

6. Save and test

Click Save Integration. Fill out your FormCraft form and submit. Check WebinarJam to confirm the data arrived. If anything looks wrong, open AFI → Log to see the exact request and response.
