How to Send FormCraft Submissions to Selzy

Selzy is a email marketing platform for managing subscribers and campaigns. FormCraft is a versatile drag-and-drop form builder for WordPress. Selzy is where that data needs to go. Here is how to connect them without Zapier or code.

Why not just use Zapier?

For connecting FormCraft to email marketing, a cloud automation service adds cost and a dependency on an external server. AFI runs on your site with no task limits.

What you will need

• A WordPress site with FormCraft installed and at least one form.
• A Selzy account.
• The Advanced Form Integration plugin (free from WordPress.org).

Connect Selzy to AFI

Selzy uses OAuth 2.0 for authentication. In AFI → Settings → Selzy, click Authorize and grant access. This is a one-time step.

Setting up the integration

1. Create a new integration

Go to AFI → Add New. Name it FormCraft to Selzy.

2. Pick your trigger

Select FormCraft as the form provider and choose the form you want to connect. AFI detects the fields automatically.

3. Select Selzy as the destination

Choose Selzy from the platform dropdown and pick Add Subscriber. This adds a subscriber to Selzy.

4. Map fields

Match each Selzy field on the left to the corresponding FormCraft field on the right. You can also use smart tags like {{_submission_date}} and {{utm_source}}.

5. Add conditions if needed

Only want to send certain submissions? Set up a conditional rule based on any form field value.

6. Save and test

Click Save Integration. Fill out your FormCraft form and submit. Check Selzy to confirm the data arrived. If anything looks wrong, open AFI → Log to see the exact request and response.
