How to Send FormCraft Submissions to NeonCRM

NeonCRM is a CRM that helps you manage contacts and track interactions. If you want FormCraft submissions in NeonCRM, you could pay for a cloud automation service. Or you could do it directly from WordPress. This is the direct route.

What you will need

• A WordPress site with FormCraft installed and at least one form.

Connect NeonCRM to AFI

NeonCRM uses OAuth 2.0 for authentication. In AFI → Settings → NeonCRM, click Authorize and grant access. This is a one-time step.

Setting up the integration

1. Create a new integration

Go to AFI → Add New. Name it FormCraft to NeonCRM.

2. Pick your trigger

Select FormCraft as the form provider and choose the form you want to connect. AFI detects the fields automatically.

3. Select NeonCRM as the destination

Choose NeonCRM from the platform dropdown and pick Add Account. This creates an account in NeonCRM.

4. Map fields

Match each NeonCRM field on the left to the corresponding FormCraft field on the right. You can also use smart tags like {{_submission_date}} and {{utm_source}}.

5. Add conditions if needed

Only want to send certain submissions? Set up a conditional rule based on any form field value.

6. Save and test

Click Save Integration. Fill out your FormCraft form and submit. Check NeonCRM to confirm the data arrived. If anything looks wrong, open AFI → Log to see the exact request and response.
