How to Send FormCraft Submissions to Kintone

Kintone is a database platform. Here is how to pipe FormCraft submissions straight into Kintone using Advanced Form Integration. The setup takes about five minutes and runs entirely on your own server.

The direct approach

What you will need

• A WordPress site with FormCraft installed and at least one form.
• A Kintone account.

Connect Kintone to AFI

Kintone uses OAuth 2.0 for authentication. In AFI → Settings → Kintone, click Authorize and grant access. This is a one-time step.

Setting up the integration

1. Create a new integration

Go to AFI → Add New. Name it FormCraft to Kintone.

2. Pick your trigger

Select FormCraft as the form provider and choose the form you want to connect. AFI detects the fields automatically.

3. Select Kintone as the destination

Choose Kintone from the platform dropdown and pick Add Record. This creates a record in Kintone.

4. Map fields

Match each Kintone field on the left to the corresponding FormCraft field on the right. You can also use smart tags like {{_submission_date}} and {{utm_source}}.

5. Add conditions if needed

Only want to send certain submissions? Set up a conditional rule based on any form field value.

6. Save and test

Click Save Integration. Fill out your FormCraft form and submit. Check Kintone to confirm the data arrived. If anything looks wrong, open AFI → Log to see the exact request and response.
