How to Send FormCraft Submissions to JobNimbus

JobNimbus is a CRM that helps you manage contacts and track interactions. Here is how to pipe FormCraft submissions straight into JobNimbus using Advanced Form Integration. The setup takes about five minutes and runs entirely on your own server.

Skip the automation middleman

Rather than routing data through a third-party cloud, AFI sends it directly from your WordPress server to JobNimbus. No task meter, no monthly bill.

What you will need

• A WordPress site with FormCraft installed and at least one form.
• A JobNimbus account.
• The Advanced Form Integration plugin (free from WordPress.org).

Connect JobNimbus to AFI

JobNimbus uses OAuth 2.0 for authentication. In AFI → Settings → JobNimbus, click Authorize and grant access. This is a one-time step.

Setting up the integration

1. Create a new integration

Go to AFI → Add New. Name it FormCraft to JobNimbus.

2. Pick your trigger

Select FormCraft as the form provider and choose the form you want to connect. AFI detects the fields automatically.

3. Select JobNimbus as the destination

Choose JobNimbus from the platform dropdown and pick Add Lead. This creates a lead in JobNimbus.

4. Map fields

Match each JobNimbus field on the left to the corresponding FormCraft field on the right. You can also use smart tags like {{_submission_date}} and {{utm_source}}.

5. Add conditions if needed

Only want to send certain submissions? Set up a conditional rule based on any form field value.

6. Save and test

Click Save Integration. Fill out your FormCraft form and submit. Check JobNimbus to confirm the data arrived. If anything looks wrong, open AFI → Log to see the exact request and response.
