How to Send FormCraft Submissions to Emailit

Emailit is a email marketing platform for managing subscribers and campaigns. Here is how to pipe FormCraft submissions straight into Emailit using Advanced Form Integration. The setup takes about five minutes and runs entirely on your own server.

Skip the automation middleman

What you will need

• A WordPress site with FormCraft installed and at least one form.
• A Emailit account.
• The Advanced Form Integration plugin (free from WordPress.org).

Connect Emailit to AFI

1. Log in to your Emailit account.
2. Copy your API Key from settings.
3. In WordPress, go to AFI → Settings → Emailit.
4. Paste the API Key and click Save Changes.

Setting up the integration

1. Create a new integration

Go to AFI → Add New. Name it FormCraft to Emailit.

2. Pick your trigger

Select FormCraft as the form provider and choose the form you want to connect. AFI detects the fields automatically.

3. Select Emailit as the destination

Choose Emailit from the platform dropdown and pick Add Subscriber. This adds a subscriber to Emailit.

4. Map fields

Match each Emailit field on the left to the corresponding FormCraft field on the right. You can also use smart tags like {{_submission_date}} and {{utm_source}}.

5. Add conditions if needed

Only want to send certain submissions? Set up a conditional rule based on any form field value.

6. Save and test

Click Save Integration. Fill out your FormCraft form and submit. Check Emailit to confirm the data arrived. If anything looks wrong, open AFI → Log to see the exact request and response.
