How to Send FormCraft Submissions to e-conomic

e-conomic is an accounting platform for managing finances. Every FormCraft submission should flow into e-conomic without manual effort. This guide shows how to set that up in five minutes.

The direct approach

What you will need

• A WordPress site with FormCraft installed and at least one form.
• A e-conomic account.
• The Advanced Form Integration plugin (free from WordPress.org).

Connect e-conomic to AFI

e-conomic uses OAuth 2.0 for authentication. In AFI → Settings → e-conomic, click Authorize and grant access. This is a one-time step.

Setting up the integration

1. Create a new integration

Go to AFI → Add New. Name it FormCraft to e-conomic.

2. Pick your trigger

Select FormCraft as the form provider and choose the form you want to connect. AFI detects the fields automatically.

3. Select e-conomic as the destination

Choose e-conomic from the platform dropdown and pick Add Contact. This creates a contact in e-conomic.

4. Map fields

Match each e-conomic field on the left to the corresponding FormCraft field on the right. You can also use smart tags like {{_submission_date}} and {{utm_source}}.

5. Add conditions if needed

Only want to send certain submissions? Set up a conditional rule based on any form field value.

6. Save and test

Click Save Integration. Fill out your FormCraft form and submit. Check e-conomic to confirm the data arrived. If anything looks wrong, open AFI → Log to see the exact request and response.
