How to Send Forminator Form Submissions to Lofty

Lofty is a real estate CRM that helps you manage contacts and track interactions. Forminator is a powerful form builder from WPMU DEV. Lofty is where that data needs to go. Here is how to connect them without Zapier or code.

Why not just use Zapier?

For connecting Forminator to real estate CRM, a cloud automation service adds cost and a dependency on an external server. AFI runs on your site with no task limits.

What you will need

• A WordPress site with Forminator installed and at least one form.
• A Lofty account.
• The Advanced Form Integration plugin (free from WordPress.org).

Connect Lofty to AFI

Lofty uses OAuth 2.0 for authentication. In AFI → Settings → Lofty, click Authorize and grant access. This is a one-time step.

Setting up the integration

1. Create a new integration

Go to AFI → Add New. Name it Forminator to Lofty.

2. Pick your trigger

Select Forminator as the form provider and choose the form you want to connect. AFI detects the fields automatically.

3. Select Lofty as the destination

Choose Lofty from the platform dropdown and pick Add Lead. This creates a lead in Lofty.

4. Map fields

Match each Lofty field on the left to the corresponding Forminator field on the right. You can also use smart tags like {{_submission_date}} and {{utm_source}}.

5. Add conditions if needed

Only want to send certain submissions? Set up a conditional rule based on any form field value.

6. Save and test

Click Save Integration. Fill out your Forminator form and submit. Check Lofty to confirm the data arrived. If anything looks wrong, open AFI → Log to see the exact request and response.
