How to Send Forminator Form Submissions to Flamingo

Flamingo is a WordPress platform. Every Forminator submission should flow into Flamingo without manual effort. This guide shows how to set that up in five minutes.

Skip the automation middleman

Rather than routing data through a third-party cloud, AFI sends it directly from your WordPress server to Flamingo. No task meter, no monthly bill.

What you will need

• A WordPress site with Forminator installed and at least one form.
• A Flamingo account.
• The Advanced Form Integration plugin (free from WordPress.org).

Connect Flamingo to AFI

Flamingo uses OAuth 2.0 for authentication. In AFI → Settings → Flamingo, click Authorize and grant access. This is a one-time step.

Setting up the integration

1. Create a new integration

Go to AFI → Add New. Name it Forminator to Flamingo.

2. Pick your trigger

Select Forminator as the form provider and choose the form you want to connect. AFI detects the fields automatically.

3. Select Flamingo as the destination

Choose Flamingo from the platform dropdown and pick Save Message. This saves a form submission in Flamingo.

4. Map fields

Match each Flamingo field on the left to the corresponding Forminator field on the right. You can also use smart tags like {{_submission_date}} and {{utm_source}}.

5. Add conditions if needed

Only want to send certain submissions? Set up a conditional rule based on any form field value.

6. Save and test

Click Save Integration. Fill out your Forminator form and submit. Check Flamingo to confirm the data arrived. If anything looks wrong, open AFI → Log to see the exact request and response.
