How to Send WPForms Submissions to Wrike

Wrike is a project management tool for organizing work and collaborating. Getting WPForms data into Wrike does not require external tools. Advanced Form Integration handles it natively, and this guide covers every step.

Connect Wrike to AFI

Wrike uses OAuth 2.0 for authentication. In AFI → Settings → Wrike, click Authorize and grant access. This is a one-time step.

Setting up the integration

1. Create a new integration

Go to AFI → Add New. Name it WPForms to Wrike.

2. Pick your trigger

Select WPForms as the form provider and choose the form you want to connect. AFI detects the fields automatically.

3. Select Wrike as the destination

Choose Wrike from the platform dropdown and pick Create Task. This creates a task in Wrike.

4. Map fields

Match each Wrike field on the left to the corresponding WPForms field on the right. You can also use smart tags like {{_submission_date}} and {{utm_source}}.

5. Add conditions if needed

Only want to send certain submissions? Set up a conditional rule based on any form field value.

6. Save and test

Click Save Integration. Fill out your WPForms form and submit. Check Wrike to confirm the data arrived. If anything looks wrong, open AFI → Log to see the exact request and response.
