How to Send WPForms Submissions to Kirim.Email

Kirim.Email is a email marketing platform for managing subscribers and campaigns. Every WPForms submission should flow into Kirim.Email without manual effort. This guide shows how to set that up in five minutes.

Skip the automation middleman

What you will need

• A WordPress site with WPForms installed and at least one form.
• A Kirim.Email account.
• The Advanced Form Integration plugin (free from WordPress.org).

Connect Kirim.Email to AFI

1. Log in to your Kirim.Email account.
2. Copy your API Key from settings.
3. In WordPress, go to AFI → Settings → Kirim.Email.
4. Paste the API Key and click Save Changes.

Setting up the integration

1. Create a new integration

Go to AFI → Add New. Name it WPForms to Kirim.Email.

2. Pick your trigger

Select WPForms as the form provider and choose the form you want to connect. AFI detects the fields automatically.

3. Select Kirim.Email as the destination

Choose Kirim.Email from the platform dropdown and pick Add Subscriber. This adds a subscriber to Kirim.Email.

4. Map fields

Match each Kirim.Email field on the left to the corresponding WPForms field on the right. You can also use smart tags like {{_submission_date}} and {{utm_source}}.

5. Add conditions if needed

Only want to send certain submissions? Set up a conditional rule based on any form field value.

6. Save and test

Click Save Integration. Fill out your WPForms form and submit. Check Kirim.Email to confirm the data arrived. If anything looks wrong, open AFI → Log to see the exact request and response.
