How to Send Ninja Forms Submissions to Listmonk

Listmonk is a email marketing platform for managing subscribers and campaigns. Every Ninja Forms submission should flow into Listmonk without manual effort. This guide shows how to set that up in five minutes.

The direct approach

Connect Listmonk to AFI

Listmonk uses OAuth 2.0 for authentication. In AFI → Settings → Listmonk, click Authorize and grant access. This is a one-time step.

Setting up the integration

1. Create a new integration

Go to AFI → Add New. Name it Ninja Forms to Listmonk.

2. Pick your trigger

Select Ninja Forms as the form provider and choose the form you want to connect. AFI detects the fields automatically.

3. Select Listmonk as the destination

Choose Listmonk from the platform dropdown and pick Add Subscriber. This adds a subscriber to Listmonk.

4. Map fields

Match each Listmonk field on the left to the corresponding Ninja Forms field on the right. You can also use smart tags like {{_submission_date}} and {{utm_source}}.

5. Add conditions if needed

Only want to send certain submissions? Set up a conditional rule based on any form field value.

6. Save and test

Click Save Integration. Fill out your Ninja form and submit. Check Listmonk to confirm the data arrived. If anything looks wrong, open AFI → Log to see the exact request and response.
