How to Send Ninja Forms Submissions to Dynamics 365 Marketing

What you will need

Connect Dynamics 365 Marketing to AFI

Dynamics 365 Marketing uses OAuth 2.0 for authentication. In AFI → Settings → Dynamics 365 Marketing, click Authorize and grant access. This is a one-time step.

Setting up the integration

1. Create a new integration

Go to AFI → Add New. Name it Ninja Forms to Dynamics 365 Marketing.

2. Pick your trigger

Select Ninja Forms as the form provider and choose the form you want to connect. AFI detects the fields automatically.

3. Select Dynamics 365 Marketing as the destination

Choose Dynamics 365 Marketing from the platform dropdown and pick Add Lead. This creates a lead in Dynamics 365 Marketing.

4. Map fields

Match each Dynamics 365 Marketing field on the left to the corresponding Ninja Forms field on the right. You can also use smart tags like {{_submission_date}} and {{utm_source}}.

5. Add conditions if needed

6. Save and test
