How to Send Elementor Pro Forms Submissions to Insightly
Insightly is a CRM that helps you manage contacts and track interactions. If you want Elementor Pro Forms submissions in Insightly, you could pay for a cloud automation service. Or you could do it directly from WordPress. This is the direct route.
Why not just use Zapier?
For connecting Elementor Pro Forms to CRM, a cloud automation service adds cost and a dependency on an external server. AFI runs on your site with no task limits.
What you will need
- A WordPress site with Elementor Pro installed and at least one Pro Form.
- A Insightly account.
- The Advanced Form Integration plugin (free from WordPress.org).

- Go to User Settings → API Key and copy it.
- In WordPress, go to AFI → Settings → Insightly.
- Paste the API Key and click Save Changes.
Setting up the integration
1. Create a new integration
Go to AFI → Add New. Name it Elementor to Insightly.
2. Pick your trigger
Select Elementor Pro Form as the form provider and choose the form you want to connect. AFI detects the fields automatically.
3. Select Insightly as the destination
Choose Insightly from the platform dropdown and pick Create Contact. This creates a contact in Insightly.
4. Map fields
Match each Insightly field on the left to the corresponding Elementor form field on the right. You can also use smart tags like {{_submission_date}} and {{utm_source}}.
5. Add conditions if needed
Only want to send certain submissions? Set up a conditional rule based on any form field value.
6. Save and test
Click Save Integration. Fill out your Elementor form and submit. Check Insightly to confirm the data arrived. If anything looks wrong, open AFI → Log to see the exact request and response.
Free vs Pro
The free version maps name, email, and phone to Insightly with unlimited submissions. Pro adds custom field mapping and lead creation. No per-submission fees on any plan.
