How to Send Elementor Pro Forms Submissions to QuickBooks Online
QuickBooks Online is an accounting platform for managing finances. Here is how to pipe Elementor Pro Forms submissions straight into QuickBooks Online using Advanced Form Integration. The setup takes about five minutes and runs entirely on your own server.
The direct approach
AFI delivers form data straight from WordPress to QuickBooks Online. No third-party cloud, no per-task fees, and every request is logged for troubleshooting.
What you will need
- A WordPress site with Elementor Pro installed and at least one Pro Form.
- A QuickBooks Online account.
- The Advanced Form Integration plugin (free from WordPress.org).
Connect QuickBooks Online to AFI
QuickBooks Online uses OAuth 2.0 for authentication. In AFI → Settings → QuickBooks Online, click Authorize and grant access. This is a one-time step.
Setting up the integration
1. Create a new integration
Go to AFI → Add New. Name it Elementor to QuickBooks Online.
2. Pick your trigger
Select Elementor Pro Form as the form provider and choose the form you want to connect. AFI detects the fields automatically.
3. Select QuickBooks Online as the destination
Choose QuickBooks Online from the platform dropdown and pick Create Customer. This creates a customer in QuickBooks Online.
4. Map fields
Match each QuickBooks Online field on the left to the corresponding Elementor form field on the right. You can also use smart tags like {{_submission_date}} and {{utm_source}}.
5. Add conditions if needed
Only want to send certain submissions? Set up a conditional rule based on any form field value.
6. Save and test
Click Save Integration. Fill out your Elementor form and submit. Check QuickBooks Online to confirm the data arrived. If anything looks wrong, open AFI → Log to see the exact request and response.
Free vs Pro
The free version maps name, email, and phone to QuickBooks Online with unlimited submissions. Pro adds custom field mapping. No per-submission fees on any plan.
Frequently asked questions
Do I need coding skills?

Will adding this slow down my form?
No. AFI sends data to the destination after the form submission completes. Your visitors see the normal success message without any delay.
Can I connect multiple Elementor forms?
Yes. Create a separate integration for each form, or send one form to multiple platforms.
