How to Send Elementor Pro Forms Submissions to Encharge

Encharge is a marketing automation platform. Getting Elementor Pro Forms data into Encharge does not require external tools. Advanced Form Integration handles it natively, and this guide covers every step.

What you will need

• A WordPress site with Elementor Pro installed and at least one Pro Form.
• A Encharge account.
• The Advanced Form Integration plugin (free from WordPress.org).

Connect Encharge to AFI

1. Log in to your Encharge account.
2. Go to Settings → API and copy your API Key.
3. In WordPress, go to AFI → Settings → Encharge.
4. Paste the API Key and click Save Changes.

Setting up the integration

1. Create a new integration

Go to AFI → Add New. Name it Elementor to Encharge.

2. Pick your trigger

Select Elementor Pro Form as the form provider and choose the form you want to connect. AFI detects the fields automatically.

3. Select Encharge as the destination

Choose Encharge from the platform dropdown and pick Add Person. This creates or updates a person in Encharge.

4. Map fields

Match each Encharge field on the left to the corresponding Elementor form field on the right. You can also use smart tags like {{_submission_date}} and {{utm_source}}.

5. Add conditions if needed

Only want to send certain submissions? Set up a conditional rule based on any form field value.

6. Save and test

Click Save Integration. Fill out your Elementor form and submit. Check Encharge to confirm the data arrived. If anything looks wrong, open AFI → Log to see the exact request and response.
