How to Send Contact Form 7 Submissions to Calendly
Calendly is a appointment scheduling platform. Getting Contact Form 7 data into Calendly does not require external tools. Advanced Form Integration handles it natively, and this guide covers every step.
Skip the automation middleman
Rather than routing data through a third-party cloud, AFI sends it directly from your WordPress server to Calendly. No task meter, no monthly bill.
What you will need
- A WordPress site with Contact Form 7 installed and at least one form.
- A Calendly account.
- The Advanced Form Integration plugin (free from WordPress.org).
Connect Calendly to AFI
Calendly uses OAuth 2.0 for authentication. In AFI → Settings → Calendly, click Authorize and grant access. This is a one-time step.
Setting up the integration
1. Create a new integration
Go to AFI → Add New. Name it CF7 to Calendly.
2. Pick your trigger
Select Contact Form 7 and choose your form. Fields are detected automatically.
3. Select Calendly as the destination
Choose Calendly and pick Create Event. This creates an event in Calendly.
4. Map fields
Match each Calendly field to the corresponding Contact Form 7 field. Smart tags like {{_submission_date}} are available.
5. Add conditions if needed
Send only specific submissions based on conditional rules.
6. Save and test
Click Save Integration. Submit a test form and verify in Calendly. Check AFI → Log if needed.
Free vs Pro
Free maps name, email, and date with unlimited submissions. Pro adds custom field mapping. No per-submission fees.
