How to Send Contact Form 7 Submissions to LocaliQ

If you are running Contact Form 7 and want to push submissions into LocaliQ, you could pay for a cloud automation tool. Or you could do it directly from WordPress for free. This is the direct route.

What you will need

Connect LocaliQ to AFI

1. Ask your LocaliQ account team for a Lead Intake URL and Bearer token.
2. In WordPress, go to AFI → Settings → LocaliQ.

Setting up the integration

1. Create a new integration

2. Pick your trigger

3. Select LocaliQ as the destination

4. Map fields

Match each LocaliQ field to the corresponding Contact Form 7 field. You can also use smart tags like {{_submission_date}} and {{utm_source}}.

5. Add conditions if needed

Only want to send certain submissions? Set up a conditional rule based on any form field value.

6. Save and test

Click Save Integration. Submit a test entry and confirm the data arrived in LocaliQ. Check AFI → Log if anything needs debugging.
