How to Send Contact Form 7 Submissions to Keap
Keap (formerly Infusionsoft) is a CRM and automation platform designed for small businesses.
Getting Contact Form 7 data into Keap does not require Zapier, webhooks, or custom PHP. Advanced Form Integration handles the connection natively, and this guide shows every step.
Why not just use Zapier?
For a single form-to-CRM and automation connection on WordPress, a cloud automation service is overkill. AFI runs on your site, so there is no task meter, no monthly bill that grows with your traffic, and no third party seeing your data.
What you will need
- A WordPress site with Contact Form 7 installed and at least one form.
- A Keap account.
- The Advanced Form Integration plugin (free from WordPress.org).
Connect Keap to AFI
- Log in to your Keap account.
- Go to Settings → API to set up API access.
- In WordPress, go to AFI → Settings → Keap.
- Authorize the connection via OAuth.
Setting up the integration
1. Create a new integration
Go to AFI → Add New. Name it something recognizable, like CF7 to Keap.
2. Pick your trigger
Select Contact Form 7 and choose the specific form. AFI reads the form fields automatically.
3. Select Keap as the destination
Choose Keap from the platform dropdown and pick Add Contact. This creates or updates a contact in Keap.
4. Map fields
Match each Keap field to the corresponding Contact Form 7 field. You can also use smart tags like {{_submission_date}} and {{utm_source}}.
5. Add conditions if needed
Only want to send certain submissions? Set up a conditional rule based on any form field value.
6. Save and test
Click Save Integration. Submit a test entry and confirm the data arrived in Keap. Check AFI → Log if anything needs debugging.
Free vs Pro
The free version maps email, first name, and last name to Keap with unlimited submissions. Pro adds custom field mapping, tags, and opportunity creation. No per-submission fees on any plan.

Can I connect multiple forms?
